FAQs
What level is the Handstand Toolkit aimed at?
The Handstand Toolkit takes you from not being able to walk up the wall all the way through to minute handstands, shapes, presses and even working towards the one arm handstand.
It is designed to give you the tools you need at each stage of your own journey, regardless of where you start.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
If you’ve progressed previously with your handstand training, you will know that handbalancing isn’t something learnt by training every now and then. With each aspect of the Handstand Toolkit, some kind of consistency is required.
The more time per week you can commit to training and recovering for the handstand, the faster you should progress.
Having said that, many of my students have gone from zero to two arm handstand with just 1-2 training sessions per week. Those that did 6 days per week learnt much faster. As long as you can block out 1-2 session each week, you should be ok when first starting out.
Those wanting to progress further should expect to put in more time. We cover training frequency at all levels in the programming section of the Handstand Toolkit.
How long do I get access for?
Once you have bought the Handstand Toolkit there are no further payments, and you get all future updates. We will be adding to the Handstand Toolkit as we learn more so that you get a comprehensive guide to everything handbalancing.
Am I too old to start?
No way! We have students in their 70s (and maybe some even older who haven't told us yet!) learning to handstand with the Handstand Toolkit.
The purpose is to give you the tools to develop and assist your own personal handstand journey. This means going at your own pace and covering details such as dealing with the fear of falling and wrist preparation in detail.
