Having a show became an excuse to connect with amazing people. After a year, I’d gone from an introverted loner to having dozens of incredible new friends. 

And doing interviews trained me to focus more on others. I became more open, less selfish, and able to connect deeply with almost anyone. This made my relationships — especially the one with my girlfriend — 10X better.

It felt as if anytime I’d sit down with someone, a part of my system would be reprogrammed. I’d soak up the best parts of them almost through osmosis and come out a better man.

After six years, I could barely even recognize the man I was before. 

The old Brian Rose was selfish, alone, and secretly miserable. 

Had I never started the show, I wouldn’t have grown at such a staggering rate. I’d 100% still be trapped in that bachelor life I’d grown so tired of.
