I used to believe that if I could just spend less time sleeping, I would have more time for just about everything else. For years I tried hacking my life so I could survive on just 6 hours of sleep because I made the mistake of falling for one of the biggest myths about sleep:
“Busy, productive people need less sleep. Sleep is for lazy people.”
